Kathmandu. Business Fair 2024 is going to be organized by European Economic Chamber Nepal on 15th and 16th May 2024 i.e. 2nd and 3rd May 2081 at Solti Hotel in Kathmandu on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the relationship between Nepal and the European Union and on the occasion of Nepal and European Union Business Forum 2024.

Delhi Ratna Tuladhar, vice president of Nepal Handicrafts Federation, has informed that a business fair is going to be organized targeting investors from European Union countries who will participate in Nepal and European Union Business Forum 2024 as buyers.

Delhi Ratna Tuladhar, Vice President of Nepal Handicrafts Federation and Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, has informed that members, firms and companies who are willing to buy stalls and participate in the trade fair will be given participation on the recommendation of Nepal Handicrafts Federation.

Handicrafts worth about 12 billion are exported from Nepal annually. According to Tuladhar, the vice president of the federation, handicrafts of the same value are exported from Nepal to more than 60 countries.

Tuladhar, the vice president of the federation, also said that the government should pay special attention to the protection and promotion of handicrafts in the upcoming policy program and budget announcement as the Nepali handicrafts sector is an important contribution to the national economy.
