Kathmandu. NIC Asia Bank has called the annual general meeting for October 28. To get the dividend announced by the bank, one has to become a shareholder by October 15th. The bank is going to close the book from 16th to 28th.

The meeting of the bank’s board of directors held on Friday decided to hold the annual general meeting on October 28. The bank has announced to give 30.52 percent dividend to the shareholders.

The bank has decided to give 29 percent bonus to shareholders and 1.52 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. After the bank’s proposal is passed by the next general meeting, the shareholders will get the dividend.
