General Assembly of National Life Insurance on November 18th

Kathmandu. The general meeting of National Life Insurance Company will be held on November 18. The meeting will start at 10:30 AM at National Life Building, Central Office, Lazimpat Kathmandu. A proposal to distribute 15.79 percent dividend from the profit of the financial year 2077/078 will be presented in the assembly. It is going to distribute 15 percent bonus and 0.79 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
There is also an agenda to discuss and pass the profit and loss account for 2077/78. Likewise, there is also an agenda to approve the appointment of independent directors nominated by the board of directors.
For the purposes of the meeting, the company has already closed the book on November 8th. Shareholders remaining till 7th of November will get dividend.
